This information can be accessed from any computer with internet access. You may access the information using the user name and password provided to you via e-mail. If you have misplaced your user name and password, please see the information at the bottom of this page.
Investor reporting contains information such as quarterly reports, fund-level audited financial statements, and fund-level tax returns, including K-1's. Within the quarterly reports you will find property profiles, watch list reports, benefit schedules, and financial statements.
The investment committee section of this site contains investment committee reports including investment summaries, financial pro forma's, project sponsor financial statements and site plans.
The board report section of this site contains the agenda and all information for the board meetings.
Fund Auditors' Information
This section contains the final year-end reports of the operating partnerships
needed to complete the audits of the Funds managed by Great Lakes Capital Fund.
This section is "real-time" and is updated as the final reports are received.
